All bookings are confirmed with a signed written rental agreement; this agreement covers:

Initial Deposit requirements: 50% of total rental amount due within specified period.

Deposit is payable only by money order, cashier's check or personal check (latter accepted only if received before 20 days of check-in). Deposits must be in U.S. funds on a U.S. Bank only. No credit cards for deposits.

Balance of Booking for Weekend, Holiday and after 5 pm Arrivals

Balance due by money order, cashier's check or personal check and such must be received before 20 days of arrival date; NO credit cards for required prepayments.

Balance of Booking for Regular Business Day and before 5 pm Arrivals

Visa, Master Card, American Express, U.S. drawn cashiers check and money order accepted. No personal or business checks. Balance must be paid in U.S. funds on a U.S. bank only.

Damage deposit is required at date of check in or in advance for non-regular hour arrival.

All rental amounts subject to Sales/Resort tax.

All properties including the rental amounts and deposits are governed by Section 509 of The Florida Statutes-relating to Transient Rentals.
