Please Note:

  1. Make sure that you are using the release version of IE 3.01. The latest version of IE is available at http://www.microsoft.com/ie/download. Do NOT put the ActiveX plug-in in IE’s plug-in folder; it is not needed for IE 3.01.
  2. Make sure that IE's memory allocation is set to a good size. Panoramic images can use lots of memory when they are decompressed.
  3. If you still can not get Surround Video images to display, send e-mail to support@bdiamond.com. We will address and help you resolve your problem as soon as possible.
